About Mackenzie Cates-Allen; She of Many Hats was founded in 2021 as a natural evolution of my career. Public speaking, ministering, relationship-building, connecting, advocating, non-profit building, writing, dreaming and more, I wear many hats on a daily basis.

I know people, non-profit, Downtown, I'm a Mom, a graduate of the oldest women's college in the country (Salem College), a local government advocate and graduate of the City of Winston-Salem University, the founder of the Winston-Salem Ambassadors, am a customer service oriented, real estate familiar, widely knowledgeable woman.

About Mackenzie Cates-Allen.
Mackenzie Cates-Allen moved to Greensboro, NC at 7, and has called Winston-Salem, NC home since 2004. Married since 2013, she and her husband Mark have 3 daughters. Graduating from the oldest women’s college in the country, Salem College, she obtained her B.A. in Nonprofit Management and went on to work in a variety of both corporate and nonprofit roles. In 2016, she founded the Winston-Salem Ambassadors, a nonprofit that welcomes all to and in Winston-Salem, NC. She currently serves as its President. In 2021, she created her business, ‘She of Many Hats’ to house her many interests and endeavors, including consulting, ministering, and writing, among others. She loves reading, local government, coffee, and building/connecting relationships and focuses on always learning and growing.
